Who we are
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.luhkee.be and the [ luhk-ee ] configurator at configurator.luhkee.be (together, "the site"), operated by Luhkee BV, registered at Dichtersstraat 49, 2610 Wilrijk, Belgium, VAT BE0774757311 ("we", "us", "Luhkee"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the [ luhk-ee ] configurator
The configurator lets you design a custom faceplate and request a configuration sheet. Submitting a request through the configurator is not a purchase and does not create a binding sales contract with Luhkee. Instead, we forward your configuration and contact details to the [ luhk-ee ] dealer or distributor responsible for your region, who will follow up directly with a quote and, if you proceed, the sale itself. Any resulting purchase agreement, pricing, delivery terms, and warranty are between you and that dealer, not with Luhkee BV directly.
We take reasonable care to keep the configurator accurate and functioning, but finishes, colors, and materials shown on screen may vary slightly from the physical product due to display settings and natural material variation, particularly for real metal finishes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Luhkee BV owns or licenses the intellectual property rights in the website, the configurator, and their content, including designs, layouts, and text. You may not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, duplicate, or otherwise redistribute material from the site without our written permission. Faceplate configurations you create using the tool remain intended for your own personal or business use in ordering a product; they don't grant you rights to Luhkee's underlying designs, software, or branding.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies on www.luhkee.be as described in our Privacy Policy. The [ luhk-ee ] configurator itself does not use cookies or analytics; it may temporarily store your in-progress design in your browser so a refresh doesn't lose your work, which is cleared when you close the tool.
Links to other websites
Our site may link to dealer, distributor, or partner websites for your convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
Hyperlinking to our content
Organisations such as government agencies, search engines, and news organisations may link to our website without prior written approval, provided the link isn't misleading, doesn't falsely suggest endorsement, and fits the context of the linking site. No use of Luhkee's logo or other artwork is permitted for linking purposes without a separate trademark license agreement. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from your use of the site that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may give you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
